You may have recently noticed a spot on your Xbox dashboard touting the Xbox Live Ultimate Game Sale. It’s that time again and Microsoft has prepared over 250 deals for the summer event. You can expect to see deals on games like Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst, The Division, Quantum Break, Diablo III, South Park: The Stick of Truth and much more. Industry insider Ekim (who provided an accurate leak of this month’s Games with Gold titles) has been dropping hints about this year’s summer sale on Xbox Live. He claims that there will be lots of AAA games available and that some of the discounts are on par with what we have seen with the Steam summer sale. Ekim mentioned the Metro Redux bundle which includes remastered versions of Metro: 2033 and Metro: Last Light for $7.50. PC gamers won’t be left out as a number of Windows 10 games will also be on sale.
Most games will be priced at 40% to 60% off with Xbox Live Gold subscribers enjoying an additional 10% discount. The full list of deals will be published on Major Nelson’s website on Sunday, July 3rd.
