- Looks like Xbox was able to fix the problems. Reset your console and hopefully everything works.
Right now players who are attempting to login to their Xbox Live accounts are being met with a black screen and a controller that doesn’t seem to connect. Players like me tried multiple consoles thinking that maybe something had happened to the console itself. It turns out it is something wrong with Xbox Live. If you’re trying to find out the status of the service don’t waste any time going to Xbox support site; Its not working either. Xbox is keeping players updated on when this problem will be fixed.

All we can do right now is wait to see what happens. Hopefully this will be fixed today at some point. I know that most of the United States is stuck indoors due to the cold weather and this doesn’t help them. Please just keep that patience going as the problem continues to be worked on.
