The lead character of Wade Owen Watts/Parzial in the upcoming movie adaption of Ready Player One has been cast. The young actor Tye Sheridan will be playing the character. Tye can be see this years as the young Cyclops in the new X-Men: Apocalypse. The actress Olivia Cooke will be playing Samantha Evelyn Cook/Art3mis. No word yet on who will be cast as the rest of the “High Five”.
Ready Player One takes place in the not to distance future. Famine and war are common place. The world has retreated into the “OASIS”.
