With Windows 10 right around the corner, Insiders of the Windows 10 Mobile program have been wondering when the latest and greatest Mobile OS from Microsoft will arrive in a fully realized form. Microsoft haven’t stated officially when the launch date will be, only saying that it will be a staggered release from the July 29th release date for the Desktop OS.
A Microsoft spokesperson in an investor relations meeting dropped a few hints in this regard. “Windows 10 Mobile will launch in the next quarter” which means Late September or early October. This fits perfectly in the development cycle for Microsoft and gives them ample time to fix the OS before shipping it out to consumers.
When will Insiders get another build? Most likely sometime at the end of the month since two separate builds have been leaked so far, the latest being 10134. No new features have been leaked, but Insiders are hoping for a usable build. Windows 10 Mobile will be a free upgrade for all Lumia Devices, and will have features such as Continuum and be able to run ported games and apps from rival mobile operating systems.
