The Ugly Truth Behind Crackdown 3 Being “Ugly”

One of Microsoft’s upcoming games Crackdown 3 is beginning to attract a lot of hate. Set to release November 7th along side the Xbox One X, Crackdown 3 is supposed to bring the BOOM. Instead it’s being meet with push back from different corners of the gaming industry. Mostly due to a recent video put out by theRadBrad which shows off 10 minutes of single player game play. Though the video is filled with theRadBrad praising the game saying the game looked “sick” some gamers and journalist are saying the game looks ugly and outdated.

Personally the game looks fine to me. Honestly, who expected Crackdown 3 to be a graphically demanding game? This sandbox style game is meant to bring countless hours of fun. Destruction and agility is the calling card for this game. The multiplayer is the true draw for this game. Boasting 100% destructibility in the multiplayer is huge for this type of game. Though some outlets have claimed Microsoft has taken that destructibility out of the single player it is key to note it was never there. How silly would it be to have that in a campaign? The ugly truth is Crackdown 3 is not an ugly game, it’s still months away, and it can still be polished. The truth is a lot of people who would probably never buy the game need some clicks.
