The sleuths over at NeoGAF have spotted a rating for Zombi by the Australian government. This could be the rumored Zombi U port which was originally published for the Nintendo Wii U in 2012. That game used the console’s gamepad in interesting ways such as an environment scanner or acting as a touchpad for a door where the player must input a code to unlock it. These features could be replicated on the Xbox One via the Smart Glass feature and we hope Ubisoft will announce this when they reveal the game.
Porting over Zombi U makes sense, especially when Ubisoft does not consider the Wii U version to be particularly successful but the Zombi video game franchise is nearly thirty years old so it is also possible that this is another entry in that series. For those interested, the Australian classification notes a “strong impact” due to the game’s violence.
