Back in July I reported on the working fridge that will come with Call of Duty: Black Ops III Juggernog Edition. As over the top and ridiculous as that thing is, a part of me sort of wants one even though I have no interest in Call of Duty. Gamers who are also into strange mini-fridges may find themselves torn during the upcoming holiday season because Walmart has listed the Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe Edition which packs a fridge depicting our beloved scoundrel while encased in carbonite.
Personally I have always found the frozen Han Solo collectibles and art to be a bit on the creepy side but I have no doubt a lot of people will want this. The fridge will hold up to six 12 ounce cans of cola or beer. Just the thing to quench your thirst after an intense session of mowing down rebel scum. You will also get an AC power cord designed for US wall outlets as well as a 12V DC power cord for use in the car. Or your Star Destroyer. Interestingly enough, this fridge also contains a warming function.
While the listing does not explicitly mention any in-game content, this bundle will presumably include the DLC that is included with the stand-alone Deluxe Edition including Han’s iconic blaster. Do you intend to pick up this version with a working fridge? DO you think the tat included with limited editions is getting out of hand? Let me know in the comment section.
