During this years San Diego Comic-Con panel for Batman: The Killing Joke, Warner Bros. Animated announced the next three animated features under the DC Animated Original Movies that will come out in 2017 or earlier. The movies that where announce was Justice League Dark, Teen Titians: The Judas Contract, and Batman and Harley Quinn. Let’s take a brief look at the three movies.

Justice League Dark

The Justice League Dark movie that was announced at Comic-Con has had a recent leak that revealed a ton of information movie. It does looks like this movie will be heavily inspired by the Justice League Dark comics that released November 2016. The series ran for 40 straight issues.  Here is the synopsis of Justice League Dark.

“A team of  supernatural superheroes must band together and defeat a ancient treat.”

This synopsis was giving by Mike Carlin the creative director of animation for Justice League Dark. The supernatural superheroes team will consist of Zatanna, Etrigan the Demon, Swamp Thing, Constantine, Black Orchid, Boston Brand and Batman. Jason O’Mara will voice Batman, Matt Ryan will voice Constantine, Camilla Luddington will voice Zatanna, Nicholas Turturro will voice Boston Brand, and Ray Chase will voice  Etrigan. The voice actor of Swamp Thing has not been revealed. Justice League Dark is slated for release this fall.

Teen Titians: The Judas Contract

The second movie that was announced is Teen Titians: The Judas Contract. This movie will serve as a sequel to Justice League vs Teen Titians. The Teen Titan’s roster will consist of Robin (Damien Wayne), Starfire, Beast Boy, Raven, and Cyborg. The film will be a adaption of the critical acclaimed The Judas Contract story arc written in The Tales of Teen Titians by comic book legend Marv Wolfman.The arc lasted from #42-44 and introduced the beloved Terra Markov. Comic book fans holds this story arc as one of the greatest stories ever written for the Teen Titans. Teen Titians: The Judas Contract is slated to release in 2017.

Batman and Harley Quinn

The final movie that was announced was Batman and Harley Quinn. Currently only one thing is  known about this film: It is an original story that is going to be directed by Bruce Tim.
