Take A Look At The New Trailer and Cast For The God of Highschool Anime

Ok so now that Webtoons are taking their place in the anime industry thanks to the early success of Tower of God, the next big series from the digital publisher The God of Highschool is vastly approaching. With the release of the new trailer and a sleuth of amazing voice actors on board, it seems we are in for a treat. So for starters let’s look at the trailer.

The animation studio behind the popular webtoon is none other than Studio MAPPA. If you’re not familiar with their work, they’ve been behind some of the past decades best series; such as Yuri on Ice, Dororo, Kakeguri, Hajime no Ippo Rising just to name a few. Now, what about the voice actors that will be voicing some of your favorite characters from the series?

Mori Jin:  Tatsumaru Tachibana who played (Toratarou Kobayashi in Case File n 221: Kabukicho)

Daewi Han: Kentaro Kumagai who played (Haruhiko Takase in Tsuredure Children, and Theo Cornaro in Record of Grancrest War)

Mira Yoo:  Ayaka Ohashi who played (Ran Shibuki in Aikatsu!, and Aki Adagaki in Masamune-kun’s Revenge)

Mujin Park: Daisuke Namikawa who played (Hisoka in Hunter x Hunter)

Manseok Gang: Tomokazu Sugita who played (Gintoki in Gintama)

Commissioner O: Yuki Kaida who played (Taro in Hanaukyo Maid Team)

Commissioner P: Asami Tano who played (Nori in Sword Art Online II)

Commissioner Q: Kenji Hamada who played (Enishi in Hanasaku Iroha)

Commissioner R: Chikahiro Kobayashi who played (Legoshi in BEASTARS)

Announcer T: Tomokazu Seki who played (Kyo Soma in Fruits Basket)
