Rogue One: A Star Wars Story the official teaser trailer has landed this morning on Youtube. Rogue One follows the group of rebels that risked it all to get the Death Star plans from Imperial Hands. This is the first standalone Star Wars movie under the Disney umbrella. Watch the trailer below.
As you can see from the trailer there is a strong Imperial theme throughout. Also, look at those ATATs enjoying a walk on the beach! Did you miss those black armoured troopers? I think the hype will be huge for this movie, although maybe not as big as Episode VII was.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will be released on December 16th. The cast includes Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelssohn, Donnie Yen, Jiang Wen, Forest Whitaker, Riz Ahmed, Alan Tudyk, and Mads Mikkelsen.  Gareth Edwards the man behind Monsters and the recent Godzilla is sitting in the directors chair.
