To help promote the upcoming release of Sonic Forces, Sega is releasing a number of short comics that take place in the game’s universe. The first of these is currently up and shows Chaotix fighting off an invasion of Eggman’s robots.

The game itself mixes 2D and 3D platforming. In addition to classic and modern Sonic, players will be able to create and use their own unique character. For more on the game, check out our earlier preview.
