Shadow of the Tomb Raider is the third installment of the rebooted Tomb Raider franchise. Shadow of the Tomb Raider launched back on September 14th, 2018 and was received favorably by critics and found commercial success in a very busy 2018 in gaming. Today, some more content for season pass holders has been teased, and it looks like it might be a little spooky. The official Tomb Raider Twitter account tweeted a teaser image showing off the upcoming DLC simply called “The Nightmare“.
While there is no official trailer at this time, we can presume that one will be coming very soon. However, it is interesting to note that it appears the DLC will feature previous villains and friends that Lara has lost along the way. The chance of a zombie based DLC in Croft Manor seems inevitable, especially since Rise of The Tomb Raider previously showcased the undead in one of its DLC expansions. The expansion is set to launch on January 22nd, 2018, so if you are a season pass holder, don’t forget to download Lara’s latest adventure!
