Rumor: ReCore Definitive Edition Releasing August 29th

Recore launched to considerable amounts of criticism. Our own reviewer here at The Inner Circle lamented that while ReCore is an enjoyable game, one cannot help but sense that there was so much untapped potential. It felt that there was a bit of content missing. That was confirmed by images of the main character, Joule, riding a specific robot known as T8nk who appeared nowhere in the actual game. It looks as if Armature Studios has been hard at work and we may well see ReCore: Definitive Edition launch in about two weeks.

While there has been no official announcement, the ReCore team tweeted that there will be an announcement on August 20th which will reveal the future of the franchise.

Notice that the team included an image of Joule and T8nk.

A writer named Saurabh Charde claims that Recore: Definitive Edition will release on August 29th and has shown alleged cover art for the game.

An expansion for the game has been rumored for a long time now and I believe it will be released at some point. We hope that people who already purchased the game will get the expansion for free.

In addition to new gaming content, the Definitive Edition is rumored to provide HDR support and those who buy an Xbox One X will enjoy a bump to 4K resolution.
