The PS4 slim doesn’t bolster any hardware or performance upgrades like the recently released Xbox One S. It doesn’t have 4k support, HDR or a 4K player so its not really comparable to the Xbox One slim. It’s just a mini PS4 and its rumored to be sold cheaper than the current PlayStation 4 models. The dual shock 4 controller also received some minor cosmetic changes like lighter colored analogs and triggers and touch pad light support.
