This weekend at X018 a ton of news was released on so many fronts for the Xbox family. From PUBG to Sea of Thieves, pretty much everything was covered. Well, almost everything. Fans have been waiting to see what Ninja Theory will be making next after the critically acclaimed Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice. It seems that the Head of Xbox Phil Spencer dropped a few hints yesterday about Ninja Theory’s next project during an interview with Inside Xbox’s Julia Hardy.
In the video below, go to about the 52 minute mark. At that point they are talking about Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice on Game Pass and showing off the retail version of the game. Phil Spence says one sentence that gives away so much.
“It’s really fun to not only see what Ninja Theory has done in the past, but to look forward to next year and things that might come.”
The sentence is just a little bit of hope for fans. Could we see Ninja Theory’s next project in 2019? It seems like this could be a very possible thing. Fans just have to wait until more details are announced.
