NieR: Automata Has Crossed 4 Million Copies Shipped

Square Enix has released their latest financial reports. In the midst of these reports, we got an update on how multiple Square Enix games are performing. According to the Wall Street Journal, NieR: Automata has crossed 4 million copies shipped. This is up 500,000 units from 3.5 million shipped, which was the number given by Square Enix last quarter.

This number includes sales from the recent Game of the Yorha edition that was released on PC and PlayStation 4.

Developed by Platinum Games, NieR: Automata is available on PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One (through the digital-only Become as Gods Edition). 2B, the android protagonist of NieR: Automata, has been added to Soulcalibur VI as a guest fighter.
