Starting today players without an active Xbox Live account can play games like Fortnite online for free. This is only for the weekend though as it is part of Free Play Days For All event going on now through February 3rd.

So go out and play what ever game you want this weekend with your friends. That includes the Anthem open demo which you can download right now on the Xbox One. Just beware that if you don’t have a Gold account you will not get to play online after the 3rd. The subscription is super easy to use and don’t forget just like Playstation Plus you get games to keep. Well those games are available to play as long as you stay a Gold member.
Hopefully this weekend will be enough incentive to get you to join Xbox Live Gold and play online with your friends throughout the year.
