Monster Hunter World has been a runaway success for its developers Capcom and has been a huge part of the companies record-setting year. One of the most anticipated content drops for Monster Hunter World has been the upcoming Iceborne expansion that was teased by Capcom a few months back. Today, during PlayStations State of Play stream, we got to see some gameplay showing off some of the monsters that we would be facing in this expansion. As well as new gameplay we now have an official release date for the expansion. Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will be coming to PS4 and Xbox One on September 6th, 2019, PC players will receive this update sometime this Winter. It is great to see Capcom continue to provide content to this massively successful title, and we are very excited to dive in and see what Iceborne has in store. This update is free to all players who own Monster Hunter World. Xbox players remember that Monster Hunter World is apart of Xbox Game Pass currently and is well worth the download!
