Minecraft on Microsoft Hololens at E3

At Microsoft’s press event today, Hololense was shown off with a live demo of Minecraft. The team at Mojang has apparently been hard at work on this for a while now. The Hololens user can play the game in both augmented (see the game mixed in real life) and virtual (being fully immersed) reality. The Hololens player could also interact with other players on Windows Ten devices. There was no mention of Xbox crossplay. It was also shown that the Hololens player could use a controller or gestures with voice to control both their player and the world. With Hololens, the player can use console commands with their voice, point out locations to other players, and scout the underground depths for their friends. More information about Minecraft on Hololens will be shown at Minecon in a few weeks.
