Universal Pictures has just released a brand new trailer which confirms that Micheal Myers will return in two new Halloween films. According to the trailer there will be a film debuting next year on October 16th, 2020 with the name Halloween Kills. Another movie titled Halloween Ends will debut on October 15th, 2021. One very cool touch is that the announcement was made on John Carpenter’s official Twitter account. As you will recall, Carpenter was director of the original Halloween film. See the tweet below:

With the ending of the most recent film in the series, it was obvious that Michael Meyershad unfinished business; especially since we didn’t get any sort of confirmation that he actually died at the end. It looks as if the new film may see the return of Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie but that has not yet been confirmed. Let us know what you think of the trailer in the comment section below.
