Some Marvel Television Shows Have Been Renewed

Variety is reporting that the hit Marvel show, The Runaways, has been renewed for a second season on Hulu. The first season consists of ten episodes while the second season will consist of thirteen episodes.

The final episode of the first season was released on January 9th. The season finale was a little underwhelming after I binge-watched the first nine episodes. All of you X-Men fans should be happy to know that The Gifted has also been renewed for a second season. This news comes during a time when Fox had sold off entertainment rights to Disney (who is of course in charge of the Marvel universe. This is one show that I need to watch since I haven’t had the time.

Now the shows Inhumans and Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. may be both coming to an end. Deadline is reporting that the producers will have to discuss if a new season of Agents is going to happen while the Inhumans just didn’t perform to the expectations of ABC. If you watched the show then you would have to agree at how bad Inhumans really was. The successful show Legion will be coming back this April. No date is confirmed yet we know that the second season will take place a year after the events of the first season.

Also fans should expect a new season of Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist. I stay should on the Iron Fist given that the first season was so criticized. The second season of Jessica Jones is coming March 8th. Hopefully this will get everyone excited for the upcoming few years of Marvel shows.
