The recent current-gen ports of theĀ Marvel Ultimate AllianceĀ games have started quite the uproar. The ports weren’t in the best shape when they were released with several problems plaguing the game, particularly the PC version. The first game also lacked of the DLC too, something that enraged fans of the series. Luckily for us, Marvel and Activision have listened to the fans.
Activision has announced that the first game’s DLC will be included in a free update in the coming weeks. The DLC for the second game was already included in the port, which makes this situation even weirder. For those who are new to the series, the DLC for the first game included Hulk, Cyclops, Hawkeye, Nightcrawler, Magneto, Venom, Dr Doom and Sabertooth. So you can see why fans were angry when these fan favorites didn’t make their way to the port.
A patch for the PC version has gone live. This patch includes improved controller mapping features, improvements to the audio, player invitation improvements and UI updates. Hopefully Activision will continue to support the game if any other problems arise.
The ports of theĀ Marvel Ultimate AllianceĀ games are available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
