With the worldwide release of Kirby Star Allies approaching, Nintendo of America have uploaded another pair of trailers. While these videos do not show anything we have not already seen before, they offer a quick look at some of the platformer’s key features.

For those who would rather get some hands-on experience with the game, a demo is out now. When we covered its appearance on the European eShop, we also mentioned a rumour about it coming to North America as well. It seems that rumour held up in the end.

I tried the demo out for myself. It contains two courses: an “easy” one and a “hard” one. Between the two, the demo seems to show off all the basic mechanics behind the gameplay. While there are plenty of tips to guide players, those who experiment may find alternate solutions to certain puzzles. Much like the full game, this demo allows multiple people to play with one Joy-Con each.
Kirby Star Allies for Switch will launch on March 16, 2018.
