Jurassic World Evolution, developed by Frontier Developments, is essentially a building sim in the vein of Zoo Tycoon and Roller Coaster Tycoon. Except the major difference is it fulfills a childhood dream of mine, which is building and managing your own Jurassic Park! Frontier Developments which many will remember developed the amazing Space sim Elite Dangerous were also behind such sim style games as Thrillville, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, and 2013’s Xbox exclusive Zoo Tycoon. This pre-order trailer gives you a good scope of what to expect from the game, as well as the release date of June 12th, 2018, when it will be available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.

Not 100% sold on the game? Not to worry, Frontier Developments also released 22-minute gameplay demo with some of the developers, in which they go over several of the features and aspects of the game! I highly recommend watching all the way through as there is some really cool information about how the game runs and what makes different than other sim style games.
