Outpost Games and Funsolve studios have announced that it is developing a Jumanji game based off of the latest film featuring Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, and Jack Black. The game is slated to release this year on November 15th for the Xbox One, PS4, PC, and Switch. The game will be a 3rd-person action-PVE, where players can team up and explore the world of Jumanji. Whether its online or offline players can team up with three other players or AI and traverse through the dangerous environment in order to save the world.
When asked about the opportunity to develop a game based off the popular series the director and founder of Funsolve studios stated that “This is a dream come true for our studio”. “Adapting the exotic, dangerous and hilarious world of Jumanji into a video game has pushed us to create something truly special. We’ve got some incredibly exciting features and reveals coming soon, but for now, let’s just say the game is coming this November and puts you in the shoes of iconic Jumanji heroes.”
