For the second weekend in a row Joker has taken the top spot at the box office. The Clown Prince of Crime easily cruised past Jexi and Gemini Man with $55 million this weekend. Joker has destroyed the October box office as it sits at $192 million domestically and $543 million world-wide. Expect this movie to finish around $700 million at the end of its box office run.
The Addams Family has a wonderful weekend with $30.3 million as Gemini Man ended up grossing an underwhelming $20.5 million. The comedy Jexi was the biggest disappointment as it grossed an estimated $3.1 million. Maybe this movie should have been released on Netflix instead of a theatrical run.

Next weekend Zombieland 2 and Maleficent: Mistress of Evil show up at the theater. These two movies will defiantly take a chunk out of the Joker. The rest of the year is looking pretty great for theaters. From The Shining sequel to Star Wars, this will be a great end to 2019.
