After a long 5 month hiatus, series creator Yoshihiro Togashi will continue the popular Shonen manga. The next chapter of the series will make its return in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on September 22nd. Togashi went on hiatus back on April 9th however Togashi did state that he will continue the manga toward the end of the year.
Yoshihiro Togashi has been saddled with illness for a long time now and has even said regarding the conclusion of the series that he will either finish Hunter x Hunter or that he will die before it ends. As a fan of Togashi’s work, I can only hope that he doesn’t strain himself to the point of no return.
