The highly rated Hitman Absolution has been confirmed to be added to the Xbox One game library through the backwards compatibility feature according to Square-Enix PR Director Reilly Brennan. There was no expected date for the game to be made officially available but the newest game in the franchise will see its first episode release next month. We guess that Hitman Absolution will be playable on Xbox One within the next few weeks.
The list of backwards compatible titles that are playable on Xbox One is rapidly approaching 150 titles. Other games recently announced include Dark Souls, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Alan Wake’s American Nightmare and Trials HD.
