Forza Horizon 3 has gone gold and the team at Playground Games has a special announcement. After years of fan demand, the iconic Warthog from Halo is making its way to the Horizon series.
Previously, the Worthog was available to view in Forza 4’s Auto Vista mode. With the more arcade like tone Horizon sports, the Worthog makes for a more appropriate vehicle to ride on the roads of Australia. According to Playground Games, the Warthog will have the most advanced suspension in the game, along with advanced dampening making it a force to be reckoned with. Sadly, this is the “civilian” version of the vehicle, so you won’t be able to blast away fellow drivers with a turret.
A code will be sent to everyone who’s played either Halo: The Master Chief Collection or Halo 5: Guardians. Players who haven’t played either of those games will be able to unlock the Warthog in a special in-game event in October. The Warthog will be available at launch.
Playground Games also revealed the achievement list and PC specs. So you’ll be able to get your PC ready in-time, as well as planning the road to 100% completion.
