Idea Factory International have announced their release dates for Hakuoki: Edo Blossoms. The otome visual novel will release for Vita in North America on March 13, 2018. It will then be available in Europe a few days later on March 16th.

Hakuoki: Edo Blossoms is the second entry in a two-part remake of the original story, the first half of which we reviewed last year. Together, the two tell the tale of Chizuru Yukimura and her life among the warriors of the Shinsengumi. The story blends historical fiction with a bit of supernatural fantasy as well as romance. In addition to better graphics, this remake includes additional scenes, characters, and even routes.
While Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds is currently on PC in addition to Vita, Idea Factory has yet to mention a launch date for a port of this entry in the series.
