Godzilla: King of the Monsters has Started Filming

The sequel to 2014’s Godzilla has finally begun filming. Legendary pictures has announced in a recent press release that production on the movie has started. One of thing about the press release is extremely important. We have the plot for the movie has been somewhat explained.

“The new story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah.  When these ancient super-species—thought to be mere myths—rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.”

The cast has grown substantially in the past few months. Tomas Middleditch from Silicon Valley was recently added. Ken Watanabe, Vera Farmiga, Millie Bobby Brown, Sally Hawkins, and Kyle Chandler are just a small part of the cast that is being directed by Micheal Doughetry. Right now no behind the scenes image have been leaked or posted. Give it a little time and we will have some look at the set of the movie. This film is scheduled for a March 2019 release date.
