The Coalition have announced that their upcoming sequel to the blockbuster Gears of War franchise will launch on October 11th 2016. This after the game have been teased for over a year, since its reveal at E3 2015.
The Gears of War 4 Multiplayer Beta will begin later this month, and will be open to all who played the Gears of War Ultimate Edition remastered game before March 1st. Qualifying players will get their codes via Xbox Live. The game will run at 1080p 60FPS in the Multiplayer as per Rod Fergusson.

Gears of War 4 marks the beginning of an epic new saga for one of gaming’s most celebrated franchises, as a new band of heroes rises to confront a fearsome new threat. The game will launch on Xbox One and Windows 10 simultaneously, and will only be available via the Windows Universal Store.
