The Web is Dark and Full
of Spoilers.
So by now you have read what transpired in last night’s season finale of a Game of Thrones. But there’s one event that left us all with a sour taste in our mouth, the death of Jon Snow. So why is everyone kicking off now he’s dead? Yes, we are losing our heroes all across the Andals but lest we forget who arrived in Castle Black prior to Jon’s death. Lady Melisandre. Does anyone remember the man the hound cut in half? Beric Dondarrion of the Brotherhood without Banners has been saved by the Lord of Light six times so far.
So do we not think that Jon Snow’s character has some forge destiny in the fire that will lay waste to all white walkers?
So let’s not besiege the show just yet, the Lord of Light may yet have plans for our beloved Jon Snow.
Maybe Sam’s words to Olly, the boy who dealt the final stab have some significance.
“I wouldn’t worry about Jon. I’ve known him for years, he always comes back”
Now this could be just complete horse manure but I can’t ignore the coincidence that Lady Melisandre returns to Castle Black the same day as Snow’s death. No matter how this theory turns out we will have to wait for either the next season of the show of the The Winds of Winter by G.R.R. Martin
