While we already had a bunch of games added to Game Pass for October 2018, we’re getting a surprise second wave. To help celebrate the spooky nature of the month, four scary games have been added to Xbox Game Pass. You can learn more about the games added on Xbox Wire.
Here’s the four scary games that have been added to Xbox Game Pass:Â
- Dead Island: Riptide DE
- Hello Neighbor
- observer_
- Outlast
As a side note, the Xbox Game Pass Twitter account is pretty funny, and you can check out their “updates” on the spooky games here:

New titles arrive each month and these games are in addition to the free games you receive in the Games with Gold service as an Xbox Live Gold subscriber. Xbox Live Gold is not a requirement for Xbox Game Pass however, if you want to play online multiplayer you will need to subscribe to that service as well.
If you’d like to see which games were added last month, you can check here. If you’d like to see the games added earlier this month, check here.
