Forza Horizon 4, the open-world racing game from Playground Games (in partnership with Turn 10 Studios) released on October 2nd, 2018. Previously, we knew that Forza Horizon 4 had crossed 2 million players just two weeks after release. After going for a while without any updates on the player count, today the official Forza account on Twitter confirmed that Forza Horizon 4 has crossed 7 million players.

Forza Horizon 4 is the first Forza title to launch into Xbox Game Pass, which has undoubtedly helped the number of players and sales. Playground Games has done a fantastic job continuing support, with both free new modes and cars as well as the Fortune Island expansion.
