Final Fantasy XIII Trilogy Is Coming to Xbox Backward Compatibility

During X018, Shinji Hashimoto from Square Enix announced that the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy is coming to Xbox Backward Compatibility. Final Fantasy XIIIFinal Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will all become backward compatible on Xbox One sometime next week. Additionally, each of the games will be Xbox One X enhanced when they release via backward compatibility.

Currently, there are 522 Xbox 360 games, 21 X enhanced 360 games and 33 Original Xbox games available on the Xbox One via backwards compatibility. All Original Xbox games run at 4x resolution on the Xbox One S and 16x resolution on the Xbox One X.
