Bethesda has announced 3 new DLC packs that will be coming to Fallout 4 in the next few months. Automatron, Wasteland Workshop, and Far Harbor will be coming to Fallout fans starting in March. I have a feeling that most players will play all the dlc no matter how small on content or the price. The first of the content to arrive in March is Automatron.
March 2016 $9.99-£7.99-$16.95 AUD
This pack brings a new figure called the Mechanist that unleashes a horde of evil robots, that include Robobrain into the Commonwealth. Players will hunt them down and harvest the robots for parts, giving players the chance to pick from hundreds of mods that they can build. This pack is not going to give the players that want a continued story justice.
April 2016 $4.99-£3.99-$7.25 AUD
Much like Automatron the next pack Wastleland Workshop is a smaller pack that won’t expand on the story. These packs give the player more to do around the Commonwealth. In the Workshop players will design and set cages to capture creatures. These creatures can be put to battle or tamed.
May 2016 $24.99-£19.99-$39.95 AUD
Now this Far Harbor pack will give players some more content that they really want. Given a new case from Valentine’s Detective Agency, players will be on the search for a young woman that may have some involment with a secret colony of synths. The Far Harbor pack will take the player to an island off the coast of Maine that has higher levels of radiation. These three will be the tip of the iceberg, expect more content from Bethesda through out the year. Stated on the Bethesda blog-
“And more important, that this is only the beginning. We have plans for more. More than $60 worth of new Fallout adventures and features throughout 2016.”
Don’t be sad thinking this is the only new content that will be coming. It really is just the start for all of us.
