The games in the EA Access vault are a key benefit of being a subscriber but wouldn’t the deal be even sweeter if Xbox 360 games were also included? After all, with the announcement of backwards compatibility on Xbox One it should be relatively easy for subscribers to be able to play those games.
A recent Twitter post from EA Access reveals that it may happen after all. While a tweet isn’t exactly an announcement or even a promise, the prospects of checking out some XBox 360 games we missed through the EA Access vault is very appealing.
EA Access is an XBox One exclusive subscription service that began nearly one year ago. Subscribers can play new games from EA five days before their release date, get a 10% discount on EA games from the Xbox Live store and enjoy unlimited play time from EA games in the vault. A subscription currently costs $5 per month or $30 per year.
