EA Calls the next Titanfall Game ‘Fantastic’

During their earnings call yesterday, EA CEO Andrew Wilson stated that he’s seen the next Titanfall game and it was looking ‘fantastic’. Titanfall launched on Xbox One and PC in 2014 to rave reviews mainly due to it’s magnificent Online Multiplayer. Since then the developers over at Respawn stated that they’ve been working on the sequel.

EA confirmed yesterday that the follow up to the smash hit that had over 10 million active players on Xbox One and PC, will be coming in the 2017 fiscal year. He also confirmed that they’ve been working on the next Battlefield game, which will also drop during the 2017 year. Battlefield 4 was a launch title, and against more mature games like Call of Duty and Halo 5, it’s becoming dated quickly.

2017 is becoming quite the year for the Xbox community, with Scalebound launching alongside Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 5. And you were thinking things might get a bit sparse eventually.
