If you were excited to be playing Dark Souls Remastered on the Nintendo Switch, unfortunately it seems you will have to wait a little while longer. The official Dark Souls twitter account made the sad announcement today, that they had to push back the initial launch date of May 25th. Nintendo Switch owners now have a launch window of summer 2018. The PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions will still launch on the original date of May 25th, 2018. With the delay to the Nintendo Switch version, this also delays the release of the Solaire of Astora amiibo, which we imagine will launch coinciding with whatever the new release date ends up being.
