Crackdown 2 is now backward compatible! With this addition, the entire trilogy is playable on Xbox One. Additionally, Crackdown and Crackdown 2 are both free to purchase right now. Crackdown 3 is in Xbox Game Pass and if you haven’t played it yet, you can read our review of the campaign right here.

This now takes the total to 551 Xbox 360 games, 25 X enhanced 360 games and 33 Original Xbox games available on the Xbox One via backwards compatibility. Xbox One X enhanced Xbox 360 games run at 4 times the original resolution on the Xbox One X. All Original Xbox games run at 4x resolution on the Xbox One S and 16x resolution on the Xbox One X.
