Netflix has announced that the futuristic bounty hunter from space Cowboy Bebop will be getting its own live-action series. Though this is big news, you can expect most fans of the series to be extremely skeptical of a Cowboy Bebop Netflix live-action series.
The brief teaser did not show anything except a logo, so it’s fair to say that production is still extremely early on this series. There’s also no names attached to the project at the moment, though that will likely change soon.

Since the most recent live-action adaptation that Netflix has done is Death Note – putting hope in Netflix that they will do justice to Cowboy Bebop may be asking for too much. Given that this is a series instead of a movie, I’ve got a little more hope for how it will turn out. We will have to wait and see until more comes out. As for now, this is all of the information that we have but we will update you as soon as more is released.
