After the release date for Control recently leaked (and was then confirmed), Remedy Entertainment has posted a comprehensive breakdown of the various editions between platforms, detailing what you can expect to get when you pre-order Control.

Additionally, Remedy confirmed the existence of two expansions: The Foundation and AWE. They are included in the Digital Deluxe edition, which is exclusive to PlayStation 4. The expansions will be available to purchase on Xbox One and PC at a later date than on PlayStation 4.

Control will release on August 27th, 2019 on PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One. On PC, it will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store for one year. I got the chance to see some behind-the-scenes footage at E3 2018, and you can check out my impressions of the game right here.
