CD Projekt, the parent company of CD Projekt Red, has released their financial reports for fiscal year 2018. During the financial results, they revealed some interesting information about attending the upcoming E3 2019. CEO Adam KiciÅ„ski said that E3 2019 will be the most important E3 in the company’s history. Considering their past history, that’s a bold statement.
Historically, CD Projekt Red has held a strong presence at E3, presenting The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in 2013 and 2014, then announcing GWENT: The Witcher Card Game in 2016. Last year, they showed off Cyberpunk 2077 as the finale for the Xbox E3 2018 press conference.

- GWENT: The Witcher Card Game is coming to mobile devices
- The talks with Andrzej Sapkowski are still ongoing
- The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt sold well in 2018, generating $28.6 million in revenue alongside Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales
If CD Projekt Red says that E3 2019 will be their most important E3 ever, it seems they’ve got some interesting things to show. While seeing Cyberpunk 2077 is a practical certainty, perhaps we’ll see another game? Time will tell.
