Funimation has released the Black Clover English dub trailer, along with the premier date of the SimulDub. The SimulDub is scheduled to be released October 29th on Funimation.
Since launch, fans have been complaining about Dallas Reid, the voice actor of main character Asta. It seems that with the release of the English dub, Reid has toned down the character quite a bit. Hopefully this will keep fans interested in the series.
The anime takes place in a world that is full of magic and follows two orphans named Asta and Yuno, who live in a remote town. Yuno is exceptionally gifted in magic, while Asta unfortunately has no magic power whatsoever. Nonetheless, they both receive their grimoires (books that amplify one’s magic power) and head off to become the Wizard King.
