There have been many bumps in the development cycle of Crackdown 3, at this point, it almost seems to be a dream that it’s coming out.  Developed by Sumo Digital and published by Microsoft, all the credit goes to Microsoft to standing by this game and delivering it. Especially after the cancellations of Fable Legends and Scalebound.

Far Cry New Dawn (Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC) February 15th

Far Cry New Dawn was a surprise announcement at The Game Awards in December, as no one was expecting a new Far Cry game this soon. Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, and published by Ubisoft, Far Cry New Dawn is a spin-off of 2018’s hit Far Cry 5. Set after the events of Far Cry 5, Hope County has been transformed into a post-apocalyptic wasteland in which you have to battle other factions for resources. Far Cry New Dawn while not a full priced release retailing for $39.99 USD it looks like a different take on the Far Cry formula, very much in the same way as Far Cry Primal was to Far Cry 4.

Anthem (Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC) February 22nd

Anthem is the upcoming online multiplayer action RPG game from developers BioWare and is published by EA. Anthem has a lot riding on its success, Bioware the studio behind memorable franchises such as Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Jade Empire, and many more classic RPGs, is taking Anthem in a brand new direction. Anthem essentially answers the question we all had as kids, what would it be like to be Iron Man? While the demos over the past few weeks have had their fair share of technical issues, for the sake of Bioware we all hope that these issues are resolved in final build and the game has a smooth launch. Anthem launches February 22nd, 2019 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

Trials Rising (Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC)

Trails Rising is the upcoming game developed RedLynx and Ubisoft Kiev and published by Ubisoft. Set to release on February 26th, 2019 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, Trials Rising looks to be a welcome addition to the Trials franchise. Trials Rising looks to continue to build what everyone loves about the Trials franchise, which is difficult and frustrating levels with insane skill curves. Personally, I am a massive Trials fan, and I cannot wait to see what this game brings to the series.
