The fan favorite CW show Arrow will be coming to an end after season eight. Variety is reporting that the show has just come to its end. Arrow will end with ten episodes in the last season. Don’t worry about the rest of the shows that Arrow helped create. The Arrowverse of shows will continue on as this one ends. Steven Amell had a heartfelt message to the fans of the show.
Playing Oliver Queen has been the greatest professional experience of my life… but you can’t be a vigilante forever.
Arrow will return for a final run of 10 episodes this Fall.
There’s so much to say… for now I just want to say thank you.

Arrow helped spawn The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, and Batwoman. Don’t expect to never see the character of Oliver Queen again. DC could still slip him into a few movies and the Arrowverse always could use his help in a future cross-over. Hopefully the fans will be able to come to terms with this show ending. I honestly didn’t expect it to become what it has when it first aired. Arrow is expected to air this Fall on the CW.
