Activision reduced to Censoring Youtube Comments on Infinite Warfare Trailer

It’s no secret that Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has received flack for being yet another far flung futuristic shooter, but Activision has reduced itself to censoring those voices who are disappointed to see that their favorite shooter has become a heartless money grab.

At the moment the Infinite Warfare trailer ranks as the 5th most hated trailer on Youtube, approaching 1.5 Million dislikes. It currently trails Gangnam Style, which has just over 1.5 Million dislikes (even though the song was quite popular). Activision is deleting comments that criticize the trailer, which is within its rights. However deleting comments like “You should giveaway Battlefield 1 for 2 million dislikes! :D” by ErasableNinja which does not border on hate speech is a bit much.

Activision also announced that gamers who want the much requested Modern Warfare Remaster, will have to purchase Infinite Warfare for $80, which fueled the flames even further.

Call of Duty Infinite Warfare is currently available for Pre-Order on Xbox One and PS4.
