Ubisoft has been producing some great games this generation, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Rainbow Six Siege, For Honor and more. However, there has been one IP that is sorely missed, an IP we have not seen since the last generation. What series is it you might ask? I am of course talking about the stealth/action series Splinter Cell. The last entry in the franchise was way back in 2013 which was Splinter Cell Blacklist.
For fans of this stealth franchise, it has felt like an eternity since we have had an adventure with Sam Fisher but thanks to an Amazon leak it might just happen. According to this image snapped from US Amazon it lists the game as “E3TomClancy’sSplinterCell2018”, last year there was speculation on whether this franchise would return. It would not be surprising to see this be announced at E3 with either a launch date or window.
